We are at the beginning of this journey. Infants, you could say, within this industry, with our business and everything in between.
We did our research and initial investments. However, in my 32 years, I have learned that you learn more while doing - trial and error. I read the other day, "It takes the same amount of energy to wish as it does to plan."
Our first steps
Brittany and I were contemplating over the first launch of inventory for several weeks. Our inventory - the clothes - that is the value we can provide you. We can post fun reels on Instagram. We can tell stories in this blog. We can make our website fancy. But, those clothes and the experience we can provide you is so important.
For the first launch, we got together one evening at my place and selected six items to start our journey. So much weighed on these few items, but it also was our opportunity to see what you truly want.
We each selected items that either we want in our own closet, or items that we know you won't find somewhere else.
From our closet to yours
We are starting small. We only have so much room. As you see from our photo, we have one rack, soon will be two, and a lot of heart that goes into this business.
We aren't starting small because we don't want to jump in, but because we want to really learn from each step. I also think it is a bonus to our customers to have unique clothing.
With our new friendship, you have to build trust. We will find quality pieces of clothing that you can trust are going to be worn well and often.
Brittany and I are more than excited to keep growing and learning more about this process. The more we learn, the more opportunity we have to give you amazing clothes and products that can build confidence.
Ladies first
Our launches, probably for a while, will be catered to women. Personally, Brittany and I love to shop - and sometimes - that is for ourselves. We have been selecting our favorites for all occasions, getting into summer clothing now. We cannot wait to share more with you.
Now that we are up and running, all I can say is, "Let's go girls!" Let us know what you love and what you want to see more of.
